san marzano tomatoes

our tomato base  is made fresh from dop, san marzano tomatoes. grown in the region of naples these tomatoes are grown in volcanic soil giving them a unique sweeter less acidic flavour. 

italian meats

our cured meats are all imported fresh from italy enhancing the flavour. our favourite is our freshly sliced italian pepperoni.

italian flour

we use caputo tipo 0 professional flour. which is perfect for neopolitan style pizzas allowing for a light airy high hydration dough. we have spent a lot of time researching different flour types until we created the perfect dough ball.

slow cooked meats

we smoke and slow cook our none cured meats. our chicken and gammon are seasoned and then left to cook low and slow for extra flavour.

award winning mozzarella

our napoli cut fior di latte mozzarella is creamy and delicious perfect for topping a pizza.

gozney ovens

we use top pizza ovens to cook each pizza our gozney dome oven is capable of reaching temperatures over 550 degrees and will cook your pizza within 60-90 seconds.
